When You Can Not Speak What Do You Do?
When you can’t speak you naturally can’t talk on the phone. Your world becomes a very small place. It is v ery hard to rely on somebody else to make and received your personal and business calls.

TTY is a free service in California.
With one phone call you get receive a free TTY machine and use the 3 way relay service. I have tried this service and I was amazed at how fast and efficent it is.
