I started typing on manual typewriters. I progressed to electric typewriters and now I type on computers. With being a fast typist my hands and wrists take the blunt of keying. I have had several hand surgeries. Typing on a keyboard means PAIN for me. I am not alone. I see people everywhere with their hands in splints.
Having to working on a computer for so many years I found that placing a pad under my keypad really helped reduce the pain. Think of pounding your hand against a stone wall. I found a pad made out of a specific material and called it Love My Hand Pad. Using this pad is the only way I was able to work for so many years pounding my hand against a stone wall. In my e book Stop Computer Pain I talk of pain in sitting in your chair, your monitor and various other ways to put your body into constant pain. I give you a reason to change your ergonomics.
