My grandaughter asked me to come to her classroom so she could read to her.

This is a new program in her elementary school system. Parents, grandparents, friends to come to school to read to their child or their child read to them.

i was honored and I did so on Friday morning. There were a few moms there.I think I was the only grandmom.

What made this super special for me was she was reading my book to me. The one I wrote. Ghost Kids Trilogy. She was loving it and I was loving listening to her read my book to me.

I think this is a great idea this new reading program implemented this year in this elementary school. First it teaches the child just how important reading is. Second it is also as important for the child to understand what they are reading.

As I watch TV I see more and more actors are shaving their heads?

Why do you think this is?

And yet ordinary men are still freaking out over losing their hair.

Men will pay a fortune for hair transplants which by the way is a painful surgery.

Cancer patients would give anything to have their hair back.

We certainly live in an upside down world.

When I needed a plumber I called a plumbing company.
They quoted me $2000.00 and then told me my whole Mobile Home needed new plumbing.
They wanted to charge me $600.00 to move my water heater and $400.oo for a new one and to replace it back where it goes. I went 4 days without running water.

Thankfully, I had a friend or guardian angle. He told me to buy the parts at Home Depot which came to $25.00 and he charged me $ 100.00.

When I say do your homework before taking on just any plumbing company. I mean it.

I saw on TV tonight the new War Of The Worlds movie.

It was extremely exciting. It got my heart pumping.

I did not think that some of it made any sense but it was a good

science fiction adventure movie.
